Smith/Barwick win Four County 2-A Doubles

Hannah Smith and Caroline Barwick of Clinton High won the Doubles Championship of the Four County 2-A Women’s Tennis Tournament played here in Clinton. The seniors advance to the NCHSAA 2-A Mideast Regionals in Reidsville this Friday.


Susan Jones defeated Clinton teammate Nicole Spell in the finals to win a berth to play singles in NCHSAA 2-A Mideast Regionals in Reidsville on Oct 18th and 19th.


The Lady Horses, coached by Jennifer Thompson along with assistant Tim Ameen, were also Four County conference champions and will advance as a team as they hosted Dixon High School on Tuesday in Dual Team playoffs.
