Arrests/citations
• Aug. 24 — Roy Lee Boykin III, 25, of 45 Hurricane Lane, Clinton, was charged with possession of a firearm by felon and possession of a stolen firearm. Bond set at $10,000; court date is Sept. 9.
• Aug. 24 — Shauntiqua Joyner, 27, of 209 West Lee St., Clinton, was charged with child abuse (non-assaultive) and failure to appear on an out-of-county charge of larceny-shoplifting. Bond set at $6,000; court date is Sept. 13.
• Aug. 24 — Sutton Randolph Autry, 26, of 1755 Harrells Hwy., Garland, was charged with two counts of criminal damage to property (vandalism) and trespassing. Bond set at $5,000; court date is Sept. 19.
Incidents/investigations
• Aug. 24 — Lisa Bolanos reported a personal theft of items while at Roses in Clinton. Her purse, along with various medications, an inhaler, cash and personal information was taken.
