Rotary Foundation celebrates 100


Local club honors Paul Harris Fellows

Vanessa Ervin, district chairwoman of the Rotary Foundation joined members of the Clinton-Sampson Rotary Club this week to celebrate the Foundation’s 100th year and to recognize local club members for becoming a prestigious Paul Harris Fellow. Special guests for the celebration included County Commissioners Sue Lee and Albert Kirby along with Clinton City Manager Shawn Purvis. After relating inspiring stories about the far-reaching influence of Rotary’s charity, Mrs. Ervin presented Donna Williams and Dr. Paul Hutchins with their Paul Harris Society pins. Billy Peterson was given his Paul Harris +2 pin in honor of his charitable giving.
