Arrests/citations

• March 13 — Shawn Duan Dailey, 19, of 1625 Ozzie Road, Clinton, was charged with two counts of removal of anti-shoplifting device. Bond set at $5,000; court date is March 24.

• March 13 — Andrew Benjamin Oglesby, 21, of 3532 Basstown Road, Clinton, was charged with second degree trespassing. Bond set at $2,500; court date is April 6.

• March 14 — Oliver Benetez Marquez, 20, of 103 Poppy Seed Lane, Mount Olive, was charged with misuse of 911 system. Bond set at $1,000; court date is April 20.

• March 14 — Carlos Ronquize Whitted, 35, of 3516 Carlos Ave., Fayetteville, was charged with possession of a mobile phone by an inmate and failure to appear on a charge of second degree trespass. Bond set at $5,500; court date is April 6.

• March 14 — Dapron Maurice Germain Green, 37, of 3519 Frog Pond Road, Wilmington, was charged with possession of a mobile phone by an inmate. Bond set at $5,000; court date is April 6.

• March 14 — Jarrod Christopher Lee, 39, of 207 Hawkins St., Apt 4B, Franklinton, was charged with possession of a mobile phone by an inmate. Bond set at $5,000; court date is April 6.

• March 14 — Juan Andres Hernandez, 24, of 1894 Norris Road, Clinton, was charged with possession of a mobile phone by an inmate. Bond set at $5,000; court date is April 6.

• March 15 — Agnes Maybelle Chevalier, 56, of 42 Angela Lane, Clinton, was charged with cyberstalking and second degree trespassing. No bond set; court date is March 27.

• March 15 — Jeanie Berlin McNeil, 51, of 208 Sellars Lane, Harrells, was charged with trespassing. Bond set at $1,000; court date is April 5.

• March 15 — David Thomas Johnson III, 17, of 317 Pine St., Roseboro, was charged with assault on a government employee. Bond set at $1,000; court date is March 27.

Incidents/investigations

• March 15 — Roberto Gonzales of Garland reported the theft of a utility trailer, valued at $2,400, from his property.
