Arrests/citations

• March 31 — Ronald Letrall Joyner, 34, of 40 E. 4th St., Garland, was charged with contempt of court, perjury, court violations. No bond set; court date is April 7.

• March 31 — Edwin Arturo Callejas, 16, of 100 Futrell Pope Lane, Clinton, was charged with disorderly conduct. No bond or court date listed.

• March 31 — Jason Randall Bullard, 35, of 458 Tyndall Grove Road, Clinton, was charged with driving while impaired, driving while license revoked and child abuse. Bond set at $1,000; court date is April 17.

• March 31 — Dallas Billington Kirby, 53, of 1442 High House Road, Clinton, was charged on out-of-county warrant with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond set; court date is April 18.

• March 31 — Vanessa Star Royal, 33, of 4170 Hayne Stretch Road, Roseboro, was charged with simple assault. Written promise; court date is April 19.

• March 31 — Jose Eduardo Gallardo, 33, of 33 Malie Lane, Newton Grove, was charged with driving while impaired. Bond set at $1,500; court date is April 24.

• April 1 — Billy Joe Faircloth, 31, of 52 Armwood Road, Dublin, N.C., was charged on out-of-county warrant with larceny. Bond set at $1,000; court date is May 1.

• April 1 — Gregory Joel Smith, 27, of 225 Chapman Royal Drive, Clinton, was charged with assault by strangulation, interfering with emergency communication, assault on a female, larceny, injury to personal property and resisting public officer. No bond set; court date is April 7.

• April 1 — Heriberto Alverez, 45, of 4536 Reedsford Road, Clinton, was charged with assault on a female and communicating threats. No bond set; court date is April 18.

• April 1 — Pablo Maynor, 17, of Shamrock Apartments, Clinton, was charged with drunk and disruptive, standing/sitting/lying in highway or streets and consuming alcohol beverage less than 21. Bond set at $1,000; court date is April 27.

• April 2 — Markum Saito, 28, of 524 Dillon St., Roseboro, was charged on out-of-county warrant with possession of stolen motor vehicle. Bond set at $5,000; court date is April 10.

• April 2 — Courtney Witschger, 27, of 2377 Butler Island Road, Roseboro, was charged on out-of-county warrant with possession of stolen motor vehicle and failure to appear on charges of injury to personal property and misdemeanor larceny. Bond set at $10,000; court date is April 17.

• April 2 — Darby Allen Lockamy, 22, of 4496 Hayne Stretch Road, Roseboro, was charged with hit and run- leaving the scene of property damage and improper backing. Bond set at $500; court date is April 19.

• April 2 — Bryan Rashaud Williams, 29, of 614 Calhoun St., Clinton, was charged with possession of marijuana up to half an ounce, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, carrying a concealed weapon, driving while license revoked and possession of open container. Bond set at $3,000; court date is May 1.

• April 2 — Erik Mazariegos, 31, of 313 Devane St., Clinton, was charged with driving while impaired. Bond set at $1,000; court date is April 24.

• April 2 — James Edward Beard, 66, of 313.5 McKoy St., Clinton, was charged with assault on a female. No bond set; court date is April 25.

Incidents/investigations

• March 31 — Keith Simmons of Clinton reported an AR-15 rifle taken from his vehicle.

• April 1 — David Sarp Jr. of Clinton reported a break-in to his shed, with a weed eater, chainsaw and hedge trimmer stolen. Items valued at $745.

• April 1 — Keith Lee of Newton Grove reported a 5-by-8 foot trailer, valued at $600, and assorted furniture, valued at $300, taken from under a shed.

• April 2 — Robert Rose of Clinton reported the theft of numerous items from a building on his property. A window air conditioning unit, two generator, gas-operated yard tools, assorted tools and drills, and a pressure washer were among the items taken. Total value was $3,700. A $3 padlock was damaged.

• April 2 — Billy Joe Tart of Roseboro reported a 9mm pistol, fire safe and assorted cash taken, along with personal documents. Items valued at $679.
