Arrests/citations

• April 21 — Hakeema Nicole Fennell, 24, of 101 Byrd St., Clinton, was charged with simple assault and harassing phone calls. Written promise; court date is May 10.

• April 21 — Brittany Tiquisha Kenan, 27, of 128-A Loop Road, Clinton, was charged with second degree trespassing. Written promise; court date is May 10.

• April 21 — Olivia McLeod, 81, of 1391 Garland Airport Road, Garland, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Bond set at $500; court date is May 15.

• April 21 — Robert Allen Sellers III, 48, of 3 Jernigan Trail, Dunn, was charged with possession of a controlled substance on jail premises. Bond set at $5,000; court date is May 19.

• April 21 — Bobby Ray Honeycutt, 55, of 7746 N. Salemburg Hwy., Roseboro, was charged with impeding traffic. Written promise; court date is May 30.

• April 22 — Fritz Hemingway, 38, of 112 W. Johnson St., Clinton, was charged with harassing phone calls. Bond set at $1,000; court date is June 6.

• April 22 — Sean Quintin Underwood, 49, of 401 Pugh Road, Clinton, was charged with assault on a female. No bond set; court date is May 25.

• April 22 — Jesse Daniels Faircloth, 28, of 307 Beverly Lane, Clinton, was charged with injury to personal property. Bond set at $1,000; court date is May 22.

• April 22 — Junie Martin Ammons, 37, of 245 Hanson Road, Clinton, was charged with injury to personal property. Bond set at $1,000; court date is June 6.

• April 23 — Bendric Quarrique Matthews, 24, of 612 Williams St., Mount Olive, was charged with communicating threats, injury to real property and second degree trespass. No bond set; court date is June 6.

• April 23 — Kimalion Moore Council, 47, of 56 Powell Ave., Garland, was charged with assault by pointing gun. No bond set; court date is June 6.

• April 23 — Timothy Wesley Johnson, 25, of 504 W. East St., Erwin, was charged with felony possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, two out-of-county probation violation offenses and served failure to appear on two counts of driving while license revoked and driving left of center. Bond set at $26,000; court date is May 5.

Incidents/investigations

• April 21 — John Cooper of Newton Grove reported items stolen from his property, including a radio scanner, shotgun, drill, weed eater and computer tower. Value was about $1,100.

• April 21 — South River Electric Membership Corp. of Dunn was the victim of theft. Stolen copper wire and a chain-link fence were valued at $3,300.

• April 21 — Andrew Oglesby of Turkey reported the theft of a flat-screen TV, valued at $1,000.

• April 22 — Donna Godwin of Clinton reported the theft of a natural gas air conditioning unit, valued at $3,000.

• April 23 — Brandon Faircloth of Roseboro reported the larceny of numerous items from an attached garage and storage building, including various fishing rods and reels, ammunition machine and related equipment, boat motors, shotgun and chainsaw. Items valued at $16,400.
