Arrests/citations

• July 21 — Christopher Scott Wilbourne, 42, of 101 Stanbourne Lane, Clinton, was charged with communicating threats and failure to comply. No bond set; court date is Aug. 1.

• July 21 — Eric Allen Hall, 31, of 3088 Hayne Stretch Road, Roseboro, was charged with felony dissemination of obscenity. Bond set at $25,000; court date is July 28.

• July 21 — Christine Shanta’La Patrick, 32, of 701 College St., Apt. 2, Clinton, was charged with driving while impaired and failure to burn headlamps after dark. Bond set at $500; court date is Aug. 22.

• July 21 — Joel Thomas Parker, 56, of 44 Laudie Honeycutt Road, Clinton, was charged with possession of firearm by felon, possession of marijuana less than half an ounce, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and domestic violence protective order violation. Bond set at $1,500; court date is Aug. 16.

• July 21 — Jason Orlando Torres, 34, of 5971 U.S. 421 Hwy., Clinton, was charged with possession of stolen firearm and two counts of possession of firearm by felon. Bond set at $20,000; court date is July 28.

• July 21 — William Joseph Higgins, 28, of 500 Black Pine Lane, Angier, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and assault on a female. Bond set at $5,000; court date is Aug. 8.

• July 22 — Jorge Cruz-Miguel, 25, of 1110 Elizabeth Road, Wilson, was charged with simple possession of Schedule VI controlled substance, no operator’s license and contempt of court. Bond set at $2,000; court date is Aug. 17.

• July 22 — Allen Dale Williams, 42, of 2427 Hobbton Hwy., Clinton, was charged with simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance. No bond or court date listed.

• July 22 — Jefferson Jonathan Zelaya-Zavala, 22, of 1244 Cartertown Road, Clinton, was charged with driving while impaired. Bond set at $1,000; court date is Aug. 15.

• July 22 — Carlos Butler, 41, of 1101 Concord School Road, Clinton, was charged with simple assault and injury to personal property. Bond set at $2,500; court date is Aug. 23.

• July 22 — Autumn Nicole Johnson, 17, of 85 Crystal Lane, Autryville, was charged with assault and battery. Bond set at $1,000; court date is Aug. 15.

• July 22 — James Thomas Godwin, 22, of 85 Crystal Lane, Autryville, was charged with assault and battery, injury to personal property and assault inflicting serious injury. Bond set at $2,000; court date is Aug. 15.

• July 22 — Carla Germaine Brady, 40, of 806 Lisbon St., Clinton, was charged with cyberstalking. Bond set at $500; court date is July 21.

• July 23 — Thomas Lee Blue, 41, of 805 Ellis St., Dunn, was charged with drunk and disruptive. No bond set.

• July 23 — Ralph Timothy Johnson, 48, of 540 Edgar St., Clinton, was charged with habitual felon and misdemeanor larceny. Bond set at $15,000; court date is Aug. 11.

• July 23 — Lequissa Dominique Washington, 29, of 133 Capers Walk Lane, Clinton, was charged with larceny-shoplifting. Bond set at $200; court date is Aug. 17.

• July 23 — Dalin Jesus Ruiz, 22, of 256 Scarlet Lane, Faison, was charged with simple physical assault. No bond set; court date is Aug. 15.

• July 23 — Annie Hunt Wright, 60, of 207 Bluegrass Lane, Roseboro, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and harassing phone calls. Bond set at $200; court date is Aug. 15.

Incidents/investigations

• July 21 — Johnny Melvin of Roseboro reported a residential break-in, with coins and jewelry taken. Items valued at $2,600.

• July 22 — Tarsha Boone of Clinton reported damage to a vacant home on Hobbton Highway, with six windows damaged. That damage was estimated at $1,500.

• July 22 — Brian Williams of Autryville reported a break-in to his residence and the theft of numerous items, including two 12-gauge shotguns, various power tools and equipment, a generator, torches, a welding machine and related accessories. Items valued at $3,600.
