Arrests/citations

• Sept. 22 — Daniel Thaniel Griffin, 47, of 109 Finch St., Clinton, was charged with cyberstalking. No bond set; court date is Oct. 23.

• Sept. 23 — Lekendrick Antwan Chestnutt, 37, of 814-A Lisbon St., Clinton, was charged with assault on a female as well as served with charges of misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor conspiracy, second degree trespass, resisting public officer and disorderly conduct. Bond set at $2,500.

• Sept. 23 — James Carey Lamb Jr., 56, of 303 Still St., Clinton, was charged with larceny. Bond set at $500; court date is Oct. 25.

• Sept. 23 — Kiki Lashane Faircloth, 34, of 404-A Royal Lane, Clinton, was charged with communicating threats. No bond set; court date is Oct. 23.

• Sept. 23 —Bianca Michelle Brayboy, 21, of 127 Crystal Lane, Autryville, was charged with simple assault and two counts of injury to personal property. Written promise; court date is Oct. 17.

• Sept. 23 —Pedro Antonio Rodriguez, 60, of 300 Longview Lake Road, Garland, was charged with driving left of center, driving while license revoked, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond set at $25,000; court date is Oct. 6.

• Sept. 23 — Boney Herra, 48, of 170 Smith Lane, Garland, was charged with drunk and disruptive and second degree trespassing. Bond set at $1,000; court date is Oct. 19.

• Sept. 24 — Deshawn O’Neil Wilson, 20, of 167 Noel Lane, Salemburg, was charged with driving while impaired. Bond set at $500; court date is Oct. 16.

• Sept. 24 — Aaron Michael Tadlock, 23, of 2116 Warren Mill Road, Newton Grove, was charged with assault on a female. No bond set; court date is Oct. 23.

• Sept. 24 — Gilbert Lamont Purcell, 30, of 1203 N. Railroad Ave., Dunn, was charged with driving while impaired, child abuse and injury to personal property. Bond set at $1,500; court date is Oct. 25.

• Sept. 24 — Claudia Mcleod, 46, of 71 Eric Lane, Autryville, was charged with trespassing. Bond set at $1,000; court date is Nov. 1.

• Sept. 24 — Douschka Vonshel McCallop, 33, of 784 Reedsford Road, Clinton, was charged with habitual larceny. Bond set at $7,500; court date is Oct. 6.

• Sept. 24 — Bobby Ray Chavis, 63, of 803 Carolina Drive, Raeford, was charged with trespassing. Bond set at $1,000; court date is Nov. 1.

• Sept. 24 — Donnie Ray Chavis, 38, of 803 Carolina Drive, Raeford, was charged with trespassing. Bond set at $1,000; court date is Nov. 1.

• Sept. 24 — Corney Lee Chavis, 35, of 803 Carolina Drive, Raeford, was charged with driving while impaired, trespassing and driving while license revoked. Bond set at $2,500; court date is Oct. 16.

Incidents/investigations

• Sept. 23 — Central Construction Group Inc. of Clinton was the victim of theft. A gate was damaged and cement truck, valued at $43,000, stolen from the property. Damage to the gate was estimated at $500.

• Sept. 23 — Ivan Ruiz and seven other victims listed of the same Clinton address, reported a break-in and theft of items. Various items, including cash, a watch, shoes, tools and other items were taken. Total value of items was $6,770.

• Sept. 24 — George Rivera of Plain View and Shane Rivera were victims of theft. Two firearms, including a semi-automatic handgun and bolt-action rifle, were valued at $800.
