The cast of “The Odd Couple, Female Version” has but one week to get their fine tuning and timing done before the curtains will part on Friday, Oct. 20, at 7 p.m. for the first of six performances on the big stage of the Sampson Community Theater.
It’s been a grueling six weeks of rehearsals but the cast of six females and two males are now old friends who would not think of forgetting a line that a cast member would have to clean up. Tom Wilbur has taken many snapshots of the cast in rehearsals and they always have a smile. This mature comedy is sponsored by Warwick, Bradshaw & Lockamy, P.A., Attorneys at Law. For your information tickets are available at Matthew’s Gifts, at Inkspot, and at the box office when it is open.
Don’t forget that Angela Martin will hold auditions this Saturday, Oct. 14, at 10 a.m. for “Elf. Jr.” This Christmas show will be performed six times over the first two weekends of December.
The Board of Directors are still trying to find out what shows are available for our 2018 season. We have a couple of shows penned in but will release our full schedule probably in November.
