Arrests/citations

• April 12 — Qwintin Dominque Rich, 25, of 612 Ferrell St., Clinton, was charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicle. Bond set at $500; court date is June 2.

• April 12 — Takara Monique Smith, 28, of 612 Ferrell St., Clinton, was charged on out-of-county warrants with embezzlement, possession of stolen property and failure to appear on a charge of simple assault. Bond set at $10,000; court date is June 2.

• April 12 — Eldebarge Monroe, 28, of 245 Cranberry Lane, Clinton, was charged with resisting a public officer and assault on a female and served a warrant for failure to appear in New Hanover County. Bond set at $5,100; court date is April 18.

• April 13 — Forest Gregory Owens, 54, of 2854 Isaac Weeks Road, Clinton, was charged with secret peeping. Bond set at $2,500; court date is April 22.

• April 13 — Lindsay Raye Hocutt, 38, of 211 Competition Road, Raleigh, was charged on out-of-county warrants with three counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud/forgery and six counts of trafficking in opium or heroin. Bond set at $75,000; court date is April 15.

• April 13 — Osvaldo Rufin-Arrieta, 23, of 205 Martha Lane, Clinton, was charged with obtaining property by worthless check. Bond set at $2,500; court date is May 24.

• April 13 — Major Alexander Newkirk III, 30, of 73 Shane Lane, Dunn, was charged on out-of-county warrant with communicating threats. Bond set at $1,000; court date is May 19.

• April 13 — Brandon Brice James, 32, of 50 Willie Brown Road, Roseboro, was charged with possession of firearm by felon and carrying concealed gun. Bond set at $10,000; court date is April 22.

• April 13 — Nathan Andre Thomas, 23, of 309 Park Drive, Roseboro, was charged with carrying concealed weapon, resisting public officer and driving while license revoked. Bond set at $2,500; court date is April 22.

• April 13 — Sutton Randolph Autry, 26, of 625 Autrytown Road, Elizabethtown, was charged on out-of-county warrants with communicating threats and misuse of 911. Bond set at $3,000; court date is May 16.

• April 13 — Christopher Martin Denning, 47, of 3092 Harnett-Dunn Hwy., Dunn, was charged with possession of firearm in violation of domestic protective order. No bond set; court date is April 22.

• April 13 — Samaria Nichole Cardenas, 16, of 6200 Old Warsaw Road, Clinton, was charged with simple assault. No bond set; court date is May 10.

• April 13 — Roland Raynor, 70, of 1961 Beaman Woods Road, Clinton, was charged with communicating threats. No bond set; court date is April 19.

• April 13 — Rogelio Bonilla, 44, of 70 Ocracoke Lane, Clinton, was charged with communicating threats. No bond set; court date is April 19.

• April 14 — Walter Cecil Parsons, 38, of 306 Deer Track Drive, Clinton, was charged with domestic violence protective order violation. No bond set; court date is May 24.

• April 14 — Keith T. Smith, 44, of 3830 Bass Lake Road, Clinton, was charged with simple physical assault. Written promise; court date is April 29.

• April 14 — Pedro Barrera Guzman, 19, of 301 Shields St., Clinton, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Bond set at $1,000; court date is May 10.

• April 14 — Caleb Allen Cain, 17, of 785 W. Second St., Apt. 9, Garland, was charged with simple possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and simple possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance. No bond set; court date is May 25.

• April 14 — Heather Renea Belvin, 19, of 384 Hayne Stretch Road, Autryville, was charged with trespassing and communicating threats. Bond set at $2,500; court date is May 10.

• April 14 — Etowja Monei Reynolds, 20, of 529 Serenity Lake Drive, Clinton, was charged with larceny. Bond set at $500; court date is May 12.

Incidents/investigations

• April 12 — Karen Larouche of Clinton reported the theft of an unknown amount of fabric from a roll and 20 VHS movies, valued at a total of $400.

• April 13 — Juana Rosales of Clinton reported a break-in, with cash, a desktop computer and an iPad stolen. Items valued at $1,400. Damage to a door frame was estimated at $300.

• April 14 — Jorge Fernandez of Clinton reported a break-in and theft of two laptop computers and a 50-inch TV, valued at $800.
