8/15 - Carlos Miguel Cruz, 20, 1309 Southeast Blvd., Clinton, possession of one-half ounce or less marijuana (4.80 grams seized), possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond; court date Sept. 8.


8/15 - Harrison Tyler Lambert, 22, 743 Vander Road, Autryville, 1 count felony larceny; 1 count misdemeanor larceny. Bond $7,500; court date Aug. 29.


8/15 - Joshua Dale Smith,2 1, 299 Old Salemburg Road, Salemburg, fraud. Bond $1,000; court date Sept. 10.


8/15 - Carolyn M. Johnson, 48, 2120 Carry Bridge Road, Autryville, simple assault. Bond $500; court date Sept. 3.

8/16 - Hubert Anthony Gregory III, 42, 1937 Southeast Blvd., Clinton, simple assault. Bond $500; court date Sept. 16.


8/16 - Rozell Venable, 20, 605 Pine St., Clinton, possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance (.60 grams of marijuana)e. Bond and court date not listed.


8/17 - Jeffery Alan Tew, 38, 1709 McRae Road, Hillsborough, driving while impaired. Bond $1,000; court date Oct. 6.


8/17 -Gustavo Guargardo II, 33, 414 Brewer Road, Faison, second degree trespassing. Bond $500; court date Sept. 11.


8/17 - Scottie Redale Hodges, 44, 562 Waynick Road, Reidsville, possession of marijuana. No bond listed; court date Spet.9.


8/17 - Quintin Tyquan Faison, 17, 852 Wiggins Road, Clinton, failure to appear on charges of speeding and no operator’s license, misdemeanor larceny (Duplin County). Bond $500; court date Sept. 8


8/17 - Frankie Maurice Williams Jr., 18, 123 Miller Family Lane, Kenansville, 2 counts larceny of motor vehicle, 1 count possession of stolen goods/property. Bond $22,000; court date Sept. 5.


Incidents


8/15 - A spray paint gun valued at $800, a GPS valued at $200 and another spray paint gun valued at $800 were stolen from a a vehicle while it was parked on Kerr Street in Clinton.


8/15 - A bicycle valued at $150 was stolen from Springwood Apartments in Clinton.


8/15 - Five golf clubs valued at $960; a range finder valued at $500, golf shoes valued at $100 and a golf bag valued at $200 were stolen from a vehicle while it was parked on Sprunt Drive near Clinton. Damage to a Jeep top was estimated at $1,500.


8/15 - Assorted medication valued at $60, an undisclosed amount of cash, a drill with batteries and case valued at $300, two pair of sunglasses valued at $350; an iPod and charger valued at $200 and two power adapters valued at $80 were stolen from a vehicle while it was parked at Hubbard Place near Clinton.


8/15 - A Smith and Wesson gun valued at $600 was stolen from a vehicle while it was parked on Sprunt Drive near Clinton.


8/15 - A .25-caliber handgun valued at $300 was stolen from an Elmore Drive residence near Dunn.


8/15 - A 30.30 firearm valued at $300 and a .410-caliber gun valued at $200 were stolen from a home on Stage Lane near Newton Grove.


8/15 - Assorted handguns and rifles with a total value of $3,000, along with some medications, were stolen from a Ronnie Road residence near Autryville.


8/16 -A camera valued at $300, an undisclosed amount of cash, a pair of prescription sunglasses valued at $300 and a makeup bag and makeup valued at $30 were stolen from a vehicle while it was parked on Airport Road near Clinton.


8/16 - Two jewelry boxes and assorted jewelry valued at over $350, along with some cash was stolen during a break-in at a Johnston Highway resident near Newton Grove. Entry was gained through a window.
