Nothing brings the community together better than fall, holidays, and Christmas cheer. We encourage the community to get involved with not only our events but with the towns events going on as well.

Join in on the Halloween fun at Halloween on the Square Tuesday, Oct. 31, in downtown Clinton. The festivities start at 5:30-7:30 p.m. Dress up in your best costume to be apart of their costume contest. Bring your little ones and have some fun for Halloween.

Our Coat Closet Drive started yesterday and will run through Nov. 22. While you are out and about in the community look for our boxes and drop off any old coats that don’t fit or you are looking to get rid of. There are families and children in need of them to keep warm this winter!

Nov. 25 is the Saturday after Thanksgiving and for most of us that means shopping! While you are making your Christmas gifts list, don’t forget that Saturday, Nov. 25, is also Shop Small Saturday here in Sampson County and we would love to see most of the community out supporting our local small businesses! Make sure to include some things that you can find locally on that Christmas to-do list and come on out and enjoy the day with our businesses that picked Sampson County as their home.

For more information about what is going on at the Chamber do not hesitate to give us a call at 910-592-6177 or email us at info@clintonsampsonchamber.org.
