Incidents/investigations

• Nov. 8 — Thomas Robinson of Clinton reported sand, rice and oatmeal was put into his SUV’s engine, resulting in $13,000 in damage.

• Nov. 8 — Ricky Haislip of Clinton reported the theft of several items, including a toolbox full of assorted tools, a chainsaw and various other tools. Items valued at $625.

• Nov. 8 — Erica Galloway of Clinton reported a residential break-in and larceny of several items, including three TVs, two DVD players and a satellite box. Items valued at $1,400.
