Clinton made easy work of the Knights, shutting out the West Bladen team on their home turf, 0-9. The Dark Horses scored their 9th goal at the 54 minute mark.

“The West Bladen team has a new coach. WE had some good moments moving the ball. This game gave us the opportunity to work on some of our plays and everyone got to play. That’s important,” assistant head coach Jamie Williams said.

Scoring for the Dark Horses were Luis Aguilar, Spell Carr, and Ivan Palencia each with 2 goals, Mark Horne, Will Reagan, and Eric Bradshaw each scored 1 goal. There were five assists, by Luis Aguilar, Eric Bradshaw, Spell Carr, Will Reagan, and Ivan Palencia.

Clinton is still unbeaten in the conference with a 12-0 record and 17-2-2 overall. It’s senior night for the Dark Horses on Monday when they host Trask at 6 p.m.
