The Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs saw their chance to get even and took it, coming out on top, 3-1, the last game of the regular season against the Clinton Dark Horses. This was Clinton’s one and only loss in the conference.

Senior Trevor Brewington scored Clinton’s one and only goal of the night, according to Clinton assistant coach Jamie Williams. He said there wasn’t much else to comment on about the game.

Since each team has lost only one game and that was against each other at home, the two teams are Four County Conference co-champions.

Clinton will play again next Wednesday in the first round of the state playoffs. The schedule has not been set.

The Dark Horses end the regular season with an overall record of 18-3-2 and a conference record of 13-1.
