The Butler Basic Skills English as a Second Language students donned their native attire as they shared their ethnic foods and exchanged their cultural traditions with local citizens and agencies recently.
Taste of Cultures is an event held at Sampson Community College that features presentations and cuisines from many different countries.
Countries represented this year were Haiti, Puerto Rico, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, and Yemen.
The students promised to make it an annual event to showcase their heritage.
