9/11 -Debbie Jean Acker, 44, 2000 Boren Brick Road, Roseboro, drug violations (2 grams marijuana seized). Bond $2,500; court date today, Sept. 13.


9/11 - Keith Ray Capps, 53, 3723 Welcome School Road, Godwin, driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, hit/run/fail to stop/property damage, no registration and failing to stop at stop sign. Bond $1,500; court date Oct. 10.


9/11 - Clifton Keith Hall, 34, 605 Caroll St., Stedman, failure to appear on charges of driving while license revoked, expired registration, and additional charges of assault on a female and communicating threats. Bond $1,000; court date Oct. 1.


9/11 - Virginia Lynn Lkaga, 30, 195 Ryan Lane, Clinton, simple possession of marijuana (1 gram). No bond; court date Oct. 30.

Incidents


9/11 - Assorted drinks, chips, candy bars and cigarettes, with a total value of 43.05, was stolen from a Giddensville Road business. Damage to a front door was estimated at $100.


9/11 - A break-in was reported at a Little Joe’s Lane, Garland residence. Taken included a gaming system valued at $200, 12 XBox games valued at $100, two pocket knives valued at $60, a rifle valued at $120, a pistol valued at $120, a survival knife valued at $20, a machete valued at $50, 20 cartridges valued at $45, binoculars valued at $100, and an eReader valued at $200. No damage was reported.


9/11 - Laptop computers, wireless hot spot, clothing, shoes, hunting equipment and a television were among items stolen during a break-in at a Juniper Road residence. Total value of the property taken was over $3,000
