It was an offensive explosion at Harrells Christian Academy Wednesday evening, as Harrells simply outscored Fayetteville Academy, 14-8. Joseph Phaneuf was the winning pitcher for HCA, Mike Smith and Ben Prestage pitched relief for the Crusaders.

Harrells scored 11 runs through the first 3 innings, including 9 in the 1st. Fayetteville Academy then put 6 runs on the board in the top of the 4th inning. Harrells scored 3 in the 6th while Fayetteville Academy plated 2 runs in the same inning.

Spencer Cooke went 2-3 with 3 runs scored; Luke Quinn went 1-2 with 2 runs scored; Joseph Phaneuf went 1-3 with an RBI, and Mike Smith had another big game going 4-4 with 3 runs scored and 5 RBIs.

Harrells continues to play great baseball, whether it be by shutting a team out, or being able to outscore a team that was hot with the bats as they did on Wednesday. They are set to take on a very talented North Brunswick team in the West Brunswick Easter Tournament on Monday.
