CLINTON — Mrs. Brenda V. Malpass, 79, of 135 Cartertown Road, died Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012, at her home.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29, at Rowan Baptist Church in Clinton with the Rev. N. Ray Phillips officiating.
Mrs. Malpass, born in Failsworth, United Kingdom, and was the daughter of the late Samuel Dawes and Gwendolyn Sankey Dawes. She was a retired beautician.
She is survived by three sons, Stuart Malpass of Charlotte, Scott Malpass of Wilmington, and Steven Malpass of Houston, Texas; a sister, Patricia Robinson of Wales, United Kingdom; two granddaughters, Margaret Malpass and Andrea Malpass; and a nephew, Niegel Dawes of Failsworth, United Kingdom.
Arrangements are by Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home, 118 Fayetteville St., Clinton.
