In Sunday’s issue of The Independent,in a story about the county’s animal shelter, it should have read that office supplies donated to the Sampson County Animal Shelter were purchased and delivered by Sampson County Friends for Animals, which was also expected to deliver six Kuranda beds this week. The Independent regrets the error.
