• 3/17 —Lawrence Peoples, 37, of 787 Odum Road, Clinton, was charged with driving with license revoked. Peoples was given a $1,000 bond and a trial date of April 14.
• 3/17 — Stephen Jenkins, 27, of 401 B. North Main St., Salemburg, was charged with assault on a female from a March 14 warrant in Wilkes County. Jenkins was given a trial date of April 16 in Wilkesboro.
• 3/17 — James Grady, 25, of 575 Beautancus Drive, Mt. Olive, was charged with possession of immediate precursor. Grady was given a $5,000 bond and a trial date of March 19.
• 3/18 — Eduardo Esquivel, 57, of 2220 Havana Drive, Miramar, Florida, was charged with injury to real property. Esquivel was given a $1,000 bond and a trial date of April 28.

• 3/17 — Marie Fryar, of Garland, reported a breaking and entering and larceny. Reported stolen were three televisions valued at $900; a microwave oven valued at $350; two VCRs valued at $200; a CD/radio player valued at $50; Reported damaged was a double-pane window valued at $150.
• 3/17 — Bank of America, of Dunn, reported a larceny. Reported stolen was an above ground water pump valued at $200.
• 3/17 — Ronnie Strickland of Salemburg, reported a larceny. Reported stolen was a $385 radiator.
• 3/17 — Progress Energy, of Clinton, reported damage to property. Reported damaged were four locks valued at $80; and two meter cans and a heater valued at $2,000.
