Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Brent Daughtery of Clinton are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lauren Elizabeth, to Ryan Andrew Becker, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Lyle Becker of Charlotte.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Elizabeth Strickland Fann and the late Mr. William Cranford Fann of Clinton, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Lynwood Daughtery of Smithfield.
The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Joseph Cirincione of Jamestown, N.Y., and Mrs. Beverly Lindsay Becker and the late Mr. Frank Lyle Becker also of Jamestown, N.Y.
The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of North Carolina State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Science. She is also a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She is currently employed at Carolinas Medical Center – Main in downtown Charlotte as a Registered Nurse on a cardiac telemetry unit.
The groom-elect is a 2009 graduate of Virginia Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He is currently employed as a Senior Project Manager at WorldOne in Charlotte, a market research company for the healthcare industry.
The ceremony will take place at 4:30 p.m., Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Windows on the Waterway on Hilton Head Island, S.C.
