MOUNT OLIVE — Mr. Dock Ander “William” Gooding, 84, of 228 Smith Chapel Road, died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013 at Genesis Health Care in Mount Olive. Mr. Gooding was born in 1928 in Green County to the late Ben and Alice Grant Gooding.
The funeral will held Tuesday, Jan. 8, privately at the family’s request. Burial will follow in the Gooding Family Cemetery in Mount Olive.
The family will receive friends Monday evening, Jan. 7, at the home of his son Pat Gooding, 267 West U.S. 403, Mount Olive.
The Gooding family has entrusted Hope Valley Funeral Service & Cremation of Clinton.
