ROSE HILL — Mr. James “Jimmy” Jarman Bowden III, 76, passed away Friday, Oct. 12, 2012 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington. Mr. Bowden was born May 24, 1936 in New Hanover County to the late James Jarman Bowden Jr. and Beadie Teachey Bowden.
Visitation will be held 4 p.m., Wed., Oct. 17, with a 5 p.m. memorial service to follow, both will be held at Rose Hill Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Unicef, U.S. Fund for Unicef, 125 Maiden Lane, New York, NY 10038 or charity of your choice.
