David Keith Henry, 37, of 51 Cherrytree Lane, Salemburg, was charged with eight misdemeanors after he was stopped at the corner of Bearskin Road and Cornith Church Road when officers reportedly noticed his car veering left of the center line.

Few details were available about the incident.

Henry was charged with driving while intoxicated, resist, delay and obstruct, assault on a government official, driving left of center, no operator’s license, fictitious registration , no seatbelt, and failure to register.

His car was left at the scene and the suspect was taken to the Sampson County Detention Center where he was given a $2,000 secured bond and a trial date of July 2.

Hmmm, I wonder what the law is concerning that....would that be considered drive-by-shootings? Then we would need Operation B-Ball Crackdown and here comes the Sampson County H.E.A.T!

WOW!!! David Henry has really racked up the charges, but he was driving through Salemburg, so I'm not surprised. I am surprised the deputy didn't cite him for over extended curb feelers, squeaky spinners where some rotated and some didn't, and also obstructed view due to fuzzy dice. I bet if he drove through Garland they would cite him for playing street ball, but only if he wasn't making three-point shots from the drivers side window of that boat he drives. Other than that, he would have been golden.....

Spellcheck, please.
