DUNN — New Century Bank tapped assistant vice president Racheal M. Flavel as deposit operations manager, announced Lisa F. Campbell, executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
“A long-time New Century Bank employee, Racheal has always performed at a high-level,” commented Campbell. “We all look forward to her continued success as she takes the reins of our deposit operations department.”
In this role, Flavel is responsible for overseeing all deposit-related operational activities for the bank. This includes establishing and ensuring adherence to all deposit operations policies and procedures, overseeing security and accuracy of customer records, and managing the ATM network.
She joined New Century Bank in 2005 as branch manager in Fayetteville, and mostly recently served the bank as branch operations manager. Prior to joining New Century Bank, she worked at the former RBC (now PNC) as a customer service manager. She and her husband, Scott, live in Fayetteville, where they attend Northwood Temple.
