GMPC’s puppets, children and youth will come together under the direction of Susan to bring the Christmas message. Please bring one canned good or staple item per person for our Christmas food drive in support of the Sampson Crisis Center.

Will hold its annual Goodie Gala from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 3, in the fellowship hall. Stop by and choose from a selection of holiday goodies at $6 per pound. Proceeds go to their Lottie Moon Offering for International Missions. Their annual Christmas cantata, entitled “The Gift of Christmas,” is scheduled for 7 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 11.

Continues to worship at Hope Valley Funeral Home every Sunday at 10 a.m. and Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. The re-opening and dedication of their sanctuary will be Sunday, Dec. 4, at 4 p.m. Apostle Zebedee Sheppard, along with his church family, Victory and Dominion World Outreach Center of Snow Hill will be in charge of service. The Roseboro Senior Citizens will meet on Tuesday, Dec. 6, at the church. They will be taking the church van to visit with the Autumn Wind residents. Please be at the church at 10:45 a.m.; the van will leave at 11 a.m. The group will return to Roseboro UMC at noon for our lunch. If you can, please bring a bag of sugar-free candy (individually wrapped hard candy) to give while visiting.

The women will host their annual Women’s Conference with the theme “Virtuous Woman” on Saturday, Nov. 26, beginning with a prayer breakfast starting at 9 a.m. The speakers will be Jasmine Coleman and Terrance McCrimmon. The conclusion will be on Sunday, Nov. 27, at 11 a.m. The speaker will be Laurie McEachin.
