
Register of Deeds attend workshop
Eleanor Bradshaw, Sampson County Register of Deeds and Register of Deeds from her district, Duplin, Harnett, Hoke, Pender, Columbus, New Hanover, Scotland, Cumberland, Robeson, Brunswick and Bladen counties, recently attended a state wide Register of Deeds conference. Workshops included updates on legislative issues pertaining to land records, introduction of sovereign citizens and updates on vital records. The Sampson County Register of Deeds office is located in the courthouse annex on Elizabeth Street and is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. (Courtesy photo)
