BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Mr. Robert Earl Parker, 58 formerly of Clinton, died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 10 at Lisbon Street Missionary Baptist Church, Clinton. Internment will follow in the Sandhill Veterans Cemetery, Spring Lake. He was an Army Veteran.

Mr. Parker is survived by his wife, Mattie Parker of the home; daughter, Teresa Williams of Spring Lake; a son, Robert Antonio Parker of Clinton; mother, Annie R. Parker of Clinton; one sister, Patricia Parker of Clinton; two brothers, Almond R. Parker from Bayboro and James D. Parker of Faison; and six grandchildren.

Public viewing Tuesday, Oct. 9 from 2 to 7 p.m., with the family present 6 to 7 p.m.
