Justin Ryan Jackson, 16, of 49 Junkyard Lane, Clinton, was taken into custody at 1:45 Tuesday afternoon after concerned citizens tipped off SID officers regarding suspicious activity by Jackson on Junkyard Lane.
The teen was charged with three counts of delivering marijuana, three counts of selling marijuana and three counts of maintaining a dwelling for the storage of a controlled substance.
Jackson was placed in the Sampson County Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond and was given a trial date of Nov. 13.
According to officials close to the investigation, the teen is alleged to have sold 12.6 grams of marijuana to undercover agents.
Two months ago, the suspect was nabbed by the Clinton Police Neighborhood Improvement Team after they responded to a complaint of underage drinking in a local parking lot, located at 935 Sunset Ave.
Jackson was immediately arrested for consumption of alcohol. During a subsequent search, investigators said they also discovered a .22-caliber pistol concealed on his person.
