CLINTON — Mr. Theodore Leslie Bradshaw Jr. 38, of 225 Grady Road, died at his home Friday, Sept. 21, 2012.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints with president Jesus Centeno officiating. Burial will follow in the Bradshaw Family Cemetery.

Born in 1974 in Sampson County, Mr. Bradshaw was the son of the late Theodore Leslie Bradshaw Sr. He was a member of Brown Baptist Church and a welder.

He is survived by his wife, Shannon Y. Bradshaw of Tennessee; two daughters, Brooklyn Nicole Bradshaw and Brittany Paige Bradshaw both of Clinton; one son, Theodore Leslie Bradshaw, III of Tennessee; mother, Barbara K. Bradshaw of Clinton; one sister, Dawn B. Potter of Hope Mills; two brothers, David Graham Bradshaw Sr. and Bradford Lee Bradshaw Sr. both of Clinton; two step-daughters, Jayde Mikal Wainwright and Jazmyne Kane-Laray Holland both of Tennessee; and one step-son, J. T. Corbett of Crossville, Tenn.

He was preceded in death by a sister; Kelly Jean Bradshaw.

The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 6 until 8 p.m. at Royal-Hall Funeral Home and at other times at his home.
