According to the North Carolina Department of Corrections, Best has convictions dating back to 2002. In the Sunday incident, he was given a $20,000 bond and a trial date of Nov. 6.

I have seen this article a couple of times and could have sworn the older person with the glasses was a man. I was shocked to find out it's a woman. Talk about gender challenged.
