FALLS CHURCH, Va. — Mr. William Irving Goewey, 87, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012 at his home.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 22, at Cypress Presbyterian Church Cemetery with full military honors. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
