NEW YORK — Mrs. Elois Jacobs Matthews, 77, of 14251 Sutter Ave., formerly of Hayes Chapel Community, died Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013 at Long Island Jewish Hospital in Long Island, N.Y.
Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Carter Funeral Home in Garland.
