Roger E. Williamson, 71
CARTHAGE — Mr. Roger Ervin “Buddy” Williamson, 71, of Carthage, died on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013 at his home. Buddy was born in Carthage, N.C. on Jan. 5, 1942 to Herbert Brooks and Myrtle Hardister Williamson.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Scott McInnis officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, 322 Eight Ave., 7th floor, New York, N.Y. 10001.
