Cooking from homemade recipes
Students from Tracy Hatcher's third block Foods I class were awarded the Best Biscuit Making certificate for their performance in making homemade biscuits.  Students demonstrated procedures for making homemade biscuits by hand.    Students were able to taste their end products and were very well pleased with results. Darden earns Eagle Scout Award
Fifteen-year-old Reid Edward Darden, a ninth grader at Clinton High School, received the Eagle Scout Award at his Court of Honor in February. He is with Trooper 27 from Graves Memorial Presbyterian Church. He completed the award in December 2012 which was the 100th anniversary of the first Eagle Scout Award.
