Between 50 and 100 children turned out for the Clinton Recreation and Parks annual Easter egg hunt. Over 600 eggs in each age group were spread out throughout the park, and youngsters, squealing with delight, took off in search of them. Family: McLamb improving
Listed in serious condition just a week ago, Sampson County commissioner Jarvis McLamb has been upgraded to good condition at WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh and his family is encouraged by his progress following a stroke earlier this month. McLamb suffered a stroke on March 15 and has been receiving treatment at WakeMed ever since.
