Garland board OKs $3,000 for park accessories
GARLAND — After months of discussion, the Garland Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to use funds recently withdrawn from a CD to purchase picnic tables, grills and shelters for the town park even after concerns were raised amongst the board as to how best to utilize the funds.
