Fire probe under way
The Sampson County fire marshal’s office and the Sheriff’s Department are continuing an investigation today into what has been termed a suspicious fire which occurred Monday night at a Bills Lane residence in the Harrells area. No one was injured in the incident and the fire did minimal damage to the structure.
