Carr receives Arrow of Light Award
Pack 70 Webelo II, James Edward Carr Jr. receives the Arrow of Light Award during the troop's Blue and Gold Banquet April 30. The Arrow of Light Award is the highest award in Cub Scouting and is the only badge that can be worn on the Boy Scout uniform. James is the son of Ed and Linda Jewell Carr of Clinton.
