Princeton’s Lady Bulldogs visited Lakewood on Tuesday night for a conference soccer match against the Lady Leopards. Princeton scored early, building a lead that was too much for the Lady Leopards to overcome in route to an 8-0 shutout win.

The Lady Bulldogs kept constant pressure on the Lakewood goal in the first half, scoring six goals before intermission and appeared to be on the way to ending the contest early. The Lady Leopards showed improved play in the second half, especially on the defensive end of the field allowing only two goals in the second half, taking the game to the final horn.

The loss drops Lakewood to 2-12 overall and 2-9 in conference play. The Lady Leopards will travel to Hobbton for their final match of the season on Friday.
