McDowell, 62 ROSEBORO Ms. Emma Oleta Honeycutt McDowell, 62 of 312 Maple St., died on Friday, Nov. 19, 2010 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was preceded in death by a brother Perry Lee Smith. Pete was a strong, supportive, and loving husband, father and grandfather.
