Ephesians 4:26,27 says “ Be yea angry and sin not; let not the sun go down upon your wrath; Neither give place (opportunity) to the devil.”

This is what has happened to the Christian marriage, and it’s time to speak up and out about what Satan and his schemes have done.

Satan has come to steal, kill and destroy the Christian marriage. He takes no vacation, nor does he rest; he is setting up a plan right now as I speak to take your marriage “out” so that you’re running to the “courthouse” and not to Jesus.

First of all Jesus is the only one who can restore, redeem and refresh your marriage, not man nor the “church.” The day is coming where Jesus is going to set the “House of God in order” but that’s another article. To the Christian men I ask: when was the last time you held your wife’s hand or hugged her neck when she came home? When was the last time you told her that you like that dress or that you love it when she wears that color? When was the last time you told your wife to turn that computer off, turn that cell phone off and TV and come over on the couch and cuddle with you? When was the last time you had dinner cooked, washed the clothes and folded them before she got home?

Are you a “busy body” Man of God, having something to do “ALL” the time — going here and there and everywhere? If Satan can keep you focused on going here and there all the time instead of hanging out with your wife, spending valuable time with her, then he wins. That’s when he will have some willing vessel that will say the kind words you don’t say, give the complaints you don’t give, take time to hear her when you won’t, and we all know where that can lead.

Satan is for real and is at work daily attacking Christian marriages all due to a lack of affection on both sides.

It’s not fair that you give your Job 90 percent, your friends 90 percent, your co-workers 90 percent, your church 90 percent, your family 90 percent and even these electronic devices (cells phones,computers, iPod, ect.) and come home and only give your wife 10 percent of your time, effort and energy!!!!

Why must your wife get the leftovers of you when everyone and everything else gets the main course? Men of God, it’s time to rekindle the passion in your marriage. Satan is busy more now than ever, he knows that his time is short, and if you give him room he will take it. Rise up to the challenge from this Word from the Lord; to go on the attack and take back the joy and peace that was once in your marriage. If you give Satan room, he will move in on every area of your marriage. Take this word and “Protect” your house and vows you spoke before God on that joyful day.
