OneMail and its customers and community collected 346 canned food items, including baby supplies, milk and cereal, and 280 items of winter clothing during its month-long drive.
On Dec. 2, the Clinton OneMain Financial branch presented non-perishable food items donated by customers, area residents and employees to the Sampson Crisis Center.
Rochelle Stuart, executive director of Sampson Crisis Center, accepted the donations from OneMain
Financial branch manager Kirk Hudson.
The donated food was collected during OneMain Financial’s Customer Appreciation Days in November, where they invited customers and area residents to give back to the local community as part of its company-wide initiative.
“OneMain Financial is honored to support the work of the Sampson Crisis Center,” said Hudson. “Our customers and area residents have made the holiday season a little easier for people in need in our community.”
