Ashley Chapel

AME Zion

Will present their Black History Program entitled Our Past, Our Present and Our Future, at 6 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 18. Speakers will include: Dr. Larry Bell, Dr. Theodore B. Thomas, retired magistrate Franklin Brown, and many others. Music will also be provided.

A Special Bible Study featuring “Nooma, Nooma,” a series of short films, 10-14 minutes each of teaching related to real-life situations, continues at the church each Wednesday night at 7 p.m. Each short story covers a specific topic relating to various experiences from a Christian perspective. Each film is followed by questions and discussions relating to the film’s topic.
