My God is bigger and mightier than this

In Psalm 24:8 it says: “Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.”

Have you been looking at your problems lately and asking yourself “will things ever turn around for me?” These issues you are going through seem to be getting bigger and bigger each and every day. Satan, who has a voice, has made these troubles seem larger than the God you and I serve. He has magnified the storms of life to make it look as if these things are about to take you out, and that God has forgotten all about you.

I have come this week to tell you that the Devil is a liar and that God is the truth, just as is his word is the truth. Satan can only touch you and I with permission from God, and the Lord allows it to purify our faith in him.

You and I will see the blessings of God after this storm and will testify that it was nobody but Jesus who brought us through this.

People of God, you have got to confess this word to yourself and over your trials and battles. You’ve got to voice that “God is Mightier than this.” We have got to learn how to preach to ourselves nowadays because it’s our faith that God is trying to mold. Get up men of God, get up women of God, get out of this pity party and say to yourself my God is mightier than this issue that I am dealing with.”

Preach to yourself and say “God you are bigger than this sickness in my body, “God you are bigger than these headaches;” “God you are bigger than theses doctor reports;” and “God you are bigger than all this medication I am having to take.”

If you need healing from God in your body, start confessing that “HE IS” not “he was” but that “HE IS” Mighty. Again PREACH to yourself and say “my God is mightier than these economic times we are living in;” “my God is mightier than the layoffs;” “my God is mightier than these gas prices;” “my God is mightier than these cutbacks;” “he is mighty in these battles at home and on my job.” “

Repeat it, believe it. Say: “He is mightier than the mountains and valleys that stand between my breakthrough;” “he is mightier than what it looks like right now in my life;” “he i mightier than what it feels like;” “he is mightier than the people who are laughing and saying ‘why are you still trusting in God?’

Oh he is mightier than the pain of someone walking out of your life, he is mightier than the tests results you might have been given … oh saints of God,if you could see Jesus and how big he is compared to the troubles you are facing, you would give him a praise of thanks right now.

God sees all that you’re dealing with and he’s waiting on you to take your eyes off the issues and look to him and him alone.
