Catherine Smith won first place for selling the most Girl Scout cookies in Sampson County for the last two years. In 2012, she sold 808 boxes, and last year, in 2011, she sold 700 boxes. 'I would like to most certainly thank all of the great people who bought cookies from me, helping me achieve this goal,' the Girl Souct said. Catherine is in the N.C.
