• 8/12 — Perkins Johnson, 26, was charged with felony probation violation. Bond $15,000; trial date Aug. 17.

• 8/12 — Laurie Weavern, 43, 314 South 6th St. Warsaw, was charged with driving with license revoked; DWI; and aiding and abetting DWI. Bond $4,500; trial date Aug. 16.

• 8/12 — Frankie Williams, 37, 422 W. Colleger St., Warsaw, was charged with DWI; and driving with license revoked. Bond $2,500; trial date Oct. 3.

• 8/13 — Pedro Billareal, 35, 4165 Reedsford Road, Clinton, was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond $2,000; trial date Sept. 10.

Investigations/Incidents

• 8/13 — Herbert Bland, Willard, reported a larceny. Reported stolen was a trailer with a drop gate valued at $1,000.

• 8/13 — Jimmy Carr, Newton Grove, reported a breaking, entering and larceny. Reported stolen were two air conditioning units.

• 8/13 — Jose Serrano, Clinton, reported a breaking, entering and larceny. Reported stolen was a 60 inch plasma television valued at $5,781.31.

• 8/13 — Jennifer Bass, Clinton, reported a breaking, entering and larceny. Reported stolen was jewelry and documents.

• 8/13 — Nancy Wright, Clinton, reported a damage to property. Reported damaged was to her vehicle. Damages were estimated at $1,000.
