9/8-Victoria Taplin, 19, 179 Crane Creek Lane, Clinton; simple assault. Bond $1,500; trial date Oct. 8.


9/8-Domingo Gomez, 23, 160 W. Second St., Garland, DWI. Bond $5,000; no court date listed.


9/8 -Wilson Cedano Coca, 39, 180 Renita Lane, Clinton, forgery of instrument, uttering forged instrument, larceny. Bond $9,000; trial date Sept. 14.


9/8 Jonathan King, 18, 3677 Mt. Olive Hwy, Newton Grove, on Harnett Co. outstanding warrants, breaking and entering motor vehicle; breaking and entering; felony larceny; possession stolen goods; obtaining property by false pretense. Bond $20,000.


9/8-Barbara Boykin, 38, 27 Phesant Lane, Apt. B, DWI. Bond $1,000; trial date Sept. 17. Bond $2,500; trial date Sept. 27.


9/7 - Melanie Owen, 46, 313 Sampson St., Clinton, shoplifting. Bond $1,500; trial date Sept. 27.


9/7-Emory J. Faison, 20, 4105 Harrells Hwy., Garland, underage consumption (Sampson warrant); DWI (Cumberland warrant). Bonds $4,000/$2,000; trial dates Oct. 9/Oct. 22.


Incidents


9/9-El Mazatlan, Sampson Crossing, reported cash stolen from the business. Employee saw door opened and found nickels, dimes and pennies taken from inside the business.


9/9 - Owners of Lakewood Plaza Restaurant, Martin Luther King Boulevard, Roseboro, reported that someone attempted to break into the business, using a crow bar to pry open the back door. Damage to that door was estimated at $500.


9/9 - Serafin Ramirez, Friendship Lane, Clinton, reported that someone broke into his residence and took a water pump, valued at $200; a Flow Jack, valued at $100; an assortment of tools, valued at $150; and a roll of fencing, valued at $50. Damage to padlocks was estimated at $50.


9/8 - Joe Robert Parker, 39, Faison Highway, reported that he was sitting in his vehicle at the J&J Quick Stop, 84 Faison Hwy. when an acquaintance walked up and hit him in the head. An investigation under way.


9/8 - James M. Williams, Bass Lake Road, reported that someone took a weed eater, valued at $235, from his garage.


9/7 - Epiphany Royal, Sampson Homes, reported that someone broke into her home and took a 37-inch LG television, valued at $1,000, and a Nokia cell phone, valued at $350. Damage to a window screen was estimated at $15.


9/7 - Roger Peterson, McPhearson Street, Roseboro, reported that someone took a riding lawn mower, valued at $2,200, from his home.


9/7-Sampson County Schools administrators reported that someone took a Dell electronic tablet, valued at $800, from a classroom at Lakewood High School.


9/7 - Tarry Robinson, Old Fayetteville Road, Salemburg, reported that someone stole a black pig cooker, valued at $450, from his yard.


9/7 - Richard Parker, Richard Parker Lane, Clinton, reported that someone stole two fenders off his 1955 Chevy pickup truck. Total value of the stolen fenders was $850.
