FAYETTEVILLE — Mrs. Elizabeth (Lib) Spell Thomas, 90, died Monday, Sept. 10, 2012 at home. She was born in Sampson County on Oct. 20, 1921 to the late Annie S. and John S. Spell.
The family will greet friends on Wednesday, Sept. 12, at Snyder Memorial Baptist Church in the gathering hall from 2 to 3 p.m.
The funeral will be conducted in the church’s chapel at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Robbie Byrd and the Rev. Jerry Parsons, officiating. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park in Fayetteville.
